About Us
Lancashire Boerboels
Lancashire Boerboels is situated at the heart of the idyllic Lancashire countryside, just west of the Ribble valley, where our dogs enjoy a true canine companions™ paradise on an ample 30 acre woodland and greenbelt plot.
Our dogs are all raised as pack family members and are not kept in commercial kennels outdoors, they are working protection dogs, loyal guardians, and most of all our much loved family pets. We currently have 4 boerboels living in our home who form the foundations of our breeding stock, and we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our 3 new imports from South Africa and Europe who are due to join us later this year... (June 2011).
We are SABT and EBBASA registered breeders who comply with all the registry codes of conduct in respect to responsible and ethical breeding. We breed for improvement, for ourselves, and for the preservation of the boerboels' future.

We have owned a lot of other dogs over the last 25 years and from a wide variety of different breeds. Lindsay previously had westies and springer spaniels, and i myself have had staffords, bulldogs, amstaffs, a mastiff, and my last 2 companions were dogue de bordeaux.
Dogs have always been an intense passion of ours and boerboel ownership has now increased that passion even further. If we can share some of our passion with others by allowing them to experience the joys of boerboel ownership, then we will have succeeded in our mission and achieved one of our many goals.
Our home is a family run livery yard (horse stabling business) where we also offer riding lessons to juniors and established boarders at the premises. We have 2 horses of our own, a cat, 6 chickens, a cockerel, a variety of visiting wildlife that sneaks around our property uninvited, and last but not least, our beloved pack of boerboels.
